How long is your processing time?
We know you are gearing up to stalk your postie, so we make it our mission to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Our processing/dispatch time can be found in the top banner of this website. Please note that dispatch times are extended due to the Black Friday Sale.
Can I change, add to, or combine my order after placing it?
We are unable to combine, add to or change orders after you have placed it during the Black Friday Period, sorry.
How can I view my order confirmation?
We'll email you a confirmation after you've placed your order, containing details of all the supplies you've purchased. Sometimes these emails can land in your spam or junk mail boxes. If you have an account with Jewellery Supplies Co, you can view your order history via our website.
I live in Adelaide, can I pick my order up?
We love to meet our customers and offer local pickup from our Medindie Gardens based warehouse (approximately 10 minutes north of the CBD). Select local pickup at checkout and save on shipping costs!Pickup notification
We'll email you once your order has been packed with our pickup days and times for that week, along with details on where our warehouse is located. We offer local pickup on weekdays during selected business hours only. If you are unable to pickup your order in any of the specified hours, we can invoice you for postage.
We kindly ask that you please do not ask to browse through the products in our warehouse. We are not a shop front and do not offer point of sale. Thank you!

Since the beginning of the pandemic, this has become a more regular occurrence with Australia Post. It doesn't mean your parcel is lost and is commonly a result of an unforeseen delay in the network.
My tracking hasn't updated in 21 business days (International orders only), what should I do?
International orders are experiencing delays at the moment due to large volumes of parcels leaving Australia and very limited flight capacity. It is extremely common for international orders to be waiting for departure in Melbourne for up to 21 business days.
