How can I view the order I have placed?
You will receive a order confirmation email after placing your order. To view the contents in the order click 'View your order'.
How long will it take for my order to be posted?
Order processing time is stated in the top bar on our website. Please know this is subject to change, so please always check processing times before placing an order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. To view tracking details click the 'View your order' button and it will take you to another page.
This page will show the order you placed and shipping details, including the tracking number if you selected postage with tracking at the checkout. If you paid $5 postage, there will be no tracking number.
Click the tracking number and it will take you to the Australia Post website and show tracking details.
When will my order arrive?
If you selected standard postage for your order, please allow 2-6 business days after your order has been posted for it to be delivered. If it has not arrived after 6 business days, please email email@example.com and we will contact Australia Post and ask them to open an investigation.
If you selected express postage, your order should arrive within the next business day. If you are located outside the metropolitan areas, please allow 2 more extra business days for your order to be delivered. If it has not arrived after 3 business days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact Australia Post and ask them to open an investigation.

A product I want it currently out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
At JSC, our main priority is for products to always be in stock, but there are times where we can not keep up with demand. To know when a product is back in stock, please email email@example.com or contact us through our website and we will accommodate you with a restock date approximate.
I have messaged you on Facebook and have not received a response?
Please email us if you have an enquiry, we check our inbox at least five times a day!
I have an urgent order to place and need it sent ASAP, do you offer rush orders?
If you need an order quickly, please send us an email and we would be happy to accommodate your needs and send it the same or next day (depending on what time of the day you contact us) at no extra cost.
