All orders come with tracking. A tracking number and link can be located in your shipment confirmation email by clicking the 'View your order' button

How long is your processing time?

We know you are gearing up to stalk your postie, so we make it our mission to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible. Our processing/dispatch time can be found in the top banner of this website.

Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

Please email lauren@jewellerysuppliesco.com as quickly as possible with your changes and we will do our best to assist you if your order hasn't already been packed or dispatched.

Can I combine two orders?

If you’d like to combine multiple orders, please contact us by emailing lauren@jewellerysuppliesco.com ASAP. If your orders haven’t already been packed or dispatched, we’ll combine them into 1 parcel and refund you the postage balance. As our dispatch times are super fast, we may not always be able to combine your orders where your first order has already been packed and ready for dispatch.

How can I view my order confirmation?

We'll email you a confirmation after you've placed your order, containing details of all the supplies you've purchased. Sometimes these emails can land in your spam or junk mail boxes. If you have an account with Jewellery Supplies Co, you can view your order history via our website.

I live in Adelaide, can I pick my order up?

We love to meet our customers and offer local pickup from our Medindie Gardens based warehouse (approximately 10 minutes north of the CBD). Select local pickup at checkout and save on shipping costs! 

Pickup notification

We'll email you once your order has been packed with our pickup days and times for that week, along with details on where our warehouse is located.  We offer local pickup on weekdays during selected business hours only.  If you are unable to pickup your order in any of the specified hours, we can invoice you for postage.

We kindly ask that you please do not ask to browse through the products in our warehouse. We are not a shop front and do not offer point of sale. Thank you!

Custom Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside of Australia, we encourage you to research your country's import regulations before placing an order. We don't hold responsibility for the payment of any custom taxes or duties that your country may apply.

My tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days (Australian orders only), what should I do?

We would encourage you to open an investigation with Australia Post. You can call them on 13 76 78 or submit an enquiry online here. It can take 2+ business days for Australia Post to respond to enquiries.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, this has become a more regular occurrence with Australia Post. It doesn't mean your parcel is lost and is commonly a result of an unforeseen delay in the network.

My tracking hasn't updated in 21 business days (International orders only), what should I do?

International orders are experiencing delays at the moment due to large volumes of parcels leaving Australia and very limited flight capacity. It is extremely common for international orders to be waiting for departure in Melbourne for up to 21 business days.

If this time period has passed, we would encourage you to open an investigation with Australia Post. You can call them on 13 76 78 or submit an enquiry online here. It can take 2+ business days for Australia Post to respond to enquiries. 

My parcel has not been delivered in the estimated timeframe
