COVID-19 Update

If you want your parcel quickly, we insist you select express post as regular post is taking up to 10 business days to arrive to Australia destinations currently. 

Please note that there are significant delays to many international destinations due to limited flights and government restrictions. Impacts to the United States of America, New Zealand, Germany and France are significant with severe delays being experienced. Where airline capacity comes available, Australia Post prioritise express parcels. A number of international destinations have full service suspensions due to airport closures and major delivery issues. Some international orders are taking 12 weeks to arrive.

All orders are sent via Australia post. It is not our responsibility if your package is lost or sent to an incorrect address. PLEASE, double check you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout.

Please note that selecting Express Post will not speed up the processing time of your order, only the time Australia Post takes to deliver your parcel. 

Australia post claims standard postage parcels in Australia will take up to 6 business days to arrive at their destination. Express post parcels will take up to 3 business days to arrive at their destination.

    Jewellery Supplies Co values the environment and uses cellulose bags (biodegradable) and reused plastic bags to pack products. Orders are packed in recyclable boxes and tissue paper, and then posted in compostable satchels.
